Upcoming Credit Card Program Improvements


Community Focus Federal Credit Union is excited to announce improvements to our credit card program, including enhanced security with the new EMV chip, online access to view your account, a new credit card design and electronic statement availability. This will mean a few changes to your account, and we want to make sure you know exactly what’s happening.

Key Dates to Remember

 

October 27, 2025 
•    New Community Focus Federal Credit Union credit card mailed on or before this date. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
November 10, 2025 
•    Old credit card becomes inactive at 6:45 a.m. EDT 
•    Activate your new card starting at 6:45 a.m. EDT using the last four digits of the primary cardholder’s Social Security Number

                    
What to Know

 

•    New cards will be sent to all cardholders, whether they are primary or secondary. Your credit card number and expiration date will change.

•    For security reasons, each secondary cardholder will have a new individual card number, CVV/CVC number and expiration date.

•    If you plan to use your card at any ATM, you will be required to use a PIN. You can select your unique PIN during the activation of the card or call later to select your PIN.

•    If you have automatic payments made with your current credit card, make sure to contact each vendor with your new updated credit card number to help avoid any interruption in your service.

•    If you have any questions before November 10, please contact us at 734-281-3900. For support after conversion on or after November 10, 2025, please call us at 844-223-7470.

•    The new fraud alert phone number will be 833-763-2013. This is the number that will appear on your caller ID if we need to contact you regarding possible fraud activity involving your account.
 

New Friday Hours: Closing at 5 PM

Starting Friday, September 5, Community Focus Federal Credit Union will now close at 5:00 PM on Fridays (previously 6:00 PM).

This change allows us to better serve you during our busiest times while still supporting our team’s work-life balance. While our lobby hours are changing, your access to banking doesn’t stop. You can still manage your finances anytime with our digital services, including:

  • Mobile Check Deposit
  • Online Bill Pay
  • 24/7 Online & Mobile Banking
  • ATM Access

We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we adjust our hours to better serve you and support our team.
